Whatever Happen To My Angel

Just released on cd by the Hide The Records label and on download from itunes, Whatever Happened To My Angel is the new single from versatile entertainer Heidi McCaffrey.

Written by prolific singer/songwriter Lee Lynch-who has penned hits for international stars Foster and Allen and Irelands Dickie Rock-Whatever Happened To My Angel is a romantic balled in the folksy/country genre sung with great depth and emotion in to-days contemporary style by Heidi.

Heidi has extensive experience on cruise liners as a band/solo singer and as a cabaret artist in 5 star hotels throughout Europe and The Far East. She has also performed at major festivals in Europe. In fact she is in constant demand as a festival and concert artist in the Czech Republic.

Earlier this year Heidi and her band entertained the guests of a major multinational corporation at a private function in Leeds Castle in Kent, after the show she and her manager were approached by Susan Barrova of Hide The Records, a deal was agreed the following week and after lots of hard work in Raunch Studios under the direction of producer Phil Rynhart Whatever Happened To My Angel is on the air-waves.

Heidi, a member of the respected artistic McCaffrey family, has in the last few years enjoyed success in the theatrical/Television as well as the musical field with appearances in The Bill, Eastenders, Trial And Retribution, Waking The Dead, Lewis etc.   For the foreseeable future though, she intends to concentrate on her singing career. 

Presently she is back working with producer Phil in Raunch Studios on tracks for her forthcoming first album for Hide The Records. The album-as yet untitled-will be a mixture of originals from well know and successful writers plus some covers, all and all it will showcase the vocal versatility of Heidi McCaffrey.
